"Shane, I wanted to write you a note to let you know how happy I am with my 25 foot Cape Dory sailboat I bought from you last year. I have been working on her for months and have finally gotten her in the water. All the teak has been redone, the mold, mud daubers and spiders are gone and after a LOT of elbow grease and some money she looks great.. I had the baby diesel serviced and it runs like a top. As business owners we all too often only get complaints and are not told about doing a good job. We are expected to do the best for our customers each day and we all try but sometimes things don't go the way we want them to. It's the service we get when that happens that makes all the difference. I was nervous about getting all the paper work right with it being documented and out of state. I am pleased to tell you it all went well. You are several hours west of me and the boat was 6 hours east, that's a lot to bring together. Thank you for your help in making it all go smoothly. "

"We previously imported from a Japanese supplier but increasing costs caused us to look elsewhere for a cost effective supply. We spent six months researching supply options and decided on the USA. Finding a dealer with sufficient range and competitive pricing was much more difficult than we had hoped. We finally struck gold with Shane at Lanier. He was happy to spend a lot of time working with us to establish a good relationship and we purchased a suitable boat from him. Before we even shipped the boat we decided that we would purchase a second boat and this was sent in the same container saving us even more. I would definitely recommend Shane and Lanier Marine Liquidators to any potential buyer in Australia or New Zealand and we are already working towards a second shipment."

" My name is Mia Hollister and I wanted to take some time to recognize an employee that gave me outstanding customer service today. Today I called inquiring about a Rod lockout piece for my boat. The part was a $5 part that has become obsolete by the manufacturer. I called every boat shop that listed the part in stock. Most shops I called barley spent any time helping me locate the part, or finding an alternative for the part. with out this part i would have had to have spent almost 400 for a whole new control box. Other shops were not to concerned with my need for this $5 part. When i called your shop Jordan was the associate who i was transfered to as the parts department. Jordan wasn't sure what my part was, if he had it, or if he could find it elsewhere. He did, however, make me feel as though my call was important and that he would do what he could to help me. My whole transaction took a total of 10 phone calls, 2 emails, a few texts, and one fax. Jordan didnt seem sure the pricing on the shipping, but devoted time to finding out an answer he wasn't at first sure of. I am going on vacation in two weeks to Laughlin, Nevada to take all of our water crafts. This is the first time in three years we will have my fathers boat running for him, and my husband and father in law have put endless amount of time into the boat over the last few months. This last piece broke right after we had the engine all finished. It was such a small part, and such a hassel to find. We were all panicing after searching for days with no luck for the part. Jordan was very helpful with my quest, and even delivered the part to the FEDEX to make sure it got to us intime to put together and take the boat out for a final test run before our vacation. Being that i wanted the part delivered at 2 day shipping and that the part needed to be pulled i ended up paying about $70 for a $5 part. However because i knew it was my issue with the time, and because of Jordans commitment to helping me, i had no problems paying this much. I just wanted to make sure that Jordan would be recognized for outstanding service and for a well satisfied customer. "

"My wife and I drove over to buy a boat as we had gotten a wild hair for one. We spoke with Mike on the phone and drove the 2.5 hours over to see what was there. We found a Sunbird 188 and made a deal. We quickly feel in love with the boat, just cleaning it and getting it ready for the water. We had a issue with a bellow and I called Mike and he set up a time for me to bring it over and have it fixed. It was a hot day, with lots going on, but he kept me in the loop the entire time. From the office to the mechanics, the staff at LML were all good old down home folks that were friendly, caring and professional. I know I will go back to buy my next boat and have already shared them with several friends. Yesterday, I called to check the status on my order, and Shane explained the lengths you guys had gone to to make sure the part was sent out in good condition.
