This boat is being offered "as is" in non running condition for $6000. There is a sheduled service set up and the price will go up after being serviced in an amount equal to the invoice. It was running two years ago and is beleaved to have been winterized. This is a great deal on a usable housebout. Do not hesitate or it will not be available. You are welcome to get a survey. Please have your surveyor give us a call to schedule the survey if you plan on getting one. We have surveyors on a list that you can choose from if you do not know of one. The boat has been moved to our facility in Dawsonville. The boat does need some work done to the bottom. We have a quote from an independant contractor for the repair and painting of the hull. The price including transportation to the independant repair facility is $4000. This repair should allow you to put the boat in nearly any marina that accepts house boats.
